"Seemed easy enough to use, but I'd offer a few areas for improvement. System you use to describe your situation is very structured (drop down choices only for the most part). Many times health issues are nuanced and you need to provide specifics of your situation. That wasn't really a part of the process. At the end you get a variety of documents from the provider included a treatment plan. That's great, but there doesn't seem to be a way to interact or follow up once that's provided. I guess the expectation is you'll move on to urgent care or your main doctor. Overall a fine process for simple issues."
